“I think the biggest thing is, we have to make ourselves a priority. Bottom line.”
“Just finding a way that you can work on your mental state, whatever that is, find your thing. Find your thing that’s going to lift your spirits of it, and just do it! Lean into it and don’t try to fight it. It’s so normal to have those peaks and valleys we all have them. And I think that a lot of us try to pretend everything’s perfect all the time. Let’s just be real about it and just do what it takes to get you through it.”
“There’s not going to be any sense of perfection, but if I have peace in my heart and soul then it’s been a pretty darn good day.”
